Free Discovery Phone/Video Call

Service Description

An opportunity for us to be able to talk on a phone or video call and get to know each other a bit. I can answer any questions you may have about myself, therapy in general, and about how I can help you specifically. Then take as much time as you need to decide whether or not you would like to move forward with therapy with me. Video sessions are currently conducted via Google Meet.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancelations can be made by calling or texting (365) 675-0375 or e-mailing Cayla@MementoTherapy.com. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice for a cancelation or miss their appointment (after 15 minutes have passed it is considered a missed session), will be charged 50% of the session fee unless it is for illness or emergency reasons.
